Introduction:

There are times when obstacles are thrown at us that go unnoticed. As humans, we often forget how to face and overcome these obstacles. It takes courage to ask for help and share one’s emotions to feel heard and accepted. I was drawn to this profession through my love for relationships and a deep desire to understand emotional processes and healing. The hope I have for my clients is to find physical, emotional, and mental healing through connection and self-awareness. Together, we can work on creating an environment that is filled with love and acceptance to overcome the challenges that are present.
