Introduction:

As a social worker, my goal is to help others reach their goals and overcome their struggles. Coming from a background of community mental health, I believe that everyone deserves to have their voice heard, believed, and understood. I work with people of all backgrounds and needs. Compassionate care is important to me, and I strive to be a safe person with whom others can connect. I am not the expert in my clients’ lives’, and therefore aim to collaboratively face and work through clients’ struggles with them.

In my eight (8) years working in public behavioral health, I have assisted many clients in dealing with their depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma. I follow the core values of social work: 1) Social justice. 2) Respect, 3) Human Rights, 4) Integrity, 5) Self-determination, and 6) Empathy.

It is my goal to help people feel better in all areas of their lives. I have over 8 years of experience working in behavioral health, and providing counseling and therapy services to those who seek it. I have no agenda – my only wish is to help you find yourself again.
