Introduction:

I am dedicated to improving the lives of those I work with. I am passionate about connecting with the people I serve and creating a safe environment to process, work, and manage trauma. My goal is to encourage growth and resilience in those who have survived traumatic experiences, bring families together, and heal generational traumas.

Using various therapeutic techniques, I meet people where they are and guide them at their own pace. I use the Empowerment and Resilience Model to help people process their trauma. I believe that, in some cases, the traumatic events do not need to be discussed to build resiliency and move forward in life.

I feel strongly about protecting and preventing revictimization or retraumatization. I invite you to reach out and allow me to help you find your state of grace.
