Introduction:

We often encounter daily obstacles in our lives that seem to go unnoticed by others. We have a tendency to sometimes forget that we are humans, humans who are filled with feelings and dreams and just need to feel heard and accepted.

As a tele-health professional, I believe in creating a kind, trusting, and empathetic environment for everyone I am fortunate enough to work with. Together we can work on creating that environment filled with love and acceptance, as well as work through navigating any challenges you might be experiencing.

I approach treatment by focusing on creating a relationship built on the foundation of compassion, acceptance and trust. I believe each person is capable of improving and making changes in their mental health if they have the desire and support. Allow me to be a part of that support system for you.
