Introduction:

Seeking a therapist is the very first step on your path to healing. It is a human right to live a life infused with peace and self-love and we can accomplish those goals together.  I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose career has focused on working with children and their families, adolescents, and adults who have experienced sexual abuse. I take a trauma-informed, person-centered, compassionate approach to my work and join my clients in their healing through empowerment and provision of reparative experiences.

I am TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) trained, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy) trained, and I use an NMT (Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics) informed approach within therapy. I have experience in working with clients suffering from anxiety and depression. I am highly experienced and well educated on the inner workings of the child welfare system and have expertise in working with parents/families involved in the DCS system.

I am eager to help improve peoples’ quality of life through therapeutic services.
