Life often presents us with difficult challenges, causing stress and discomfort. These are not things you have to navigate alone. In my practice, I work to create a safe, compassionate, and collaborative environment with you to address life stressors and promote healing. My treatment approach is both person-centered, and strength based.

While I have worked with diverse populations across different settings I specialize in adult psychotherapy. I have experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress related issues. I am also trained in EMDR.  I am dedicated to supporting my clients in learning skills to enhance their lives and achieve emotional wellness.
