Introduction:
We all face struggles in life that can sometimes throw us off balance. These experiences may range from early life adversity to recent life transitions and stressors. Seeking support through counseling can help us discover inner strengths that have helped us survive and explore new skills that can help us learn to thrive.
My approach to counseling is through a relationship based and trauma informed lens where you feel genuinely heard, accepted, and safe. I believe in identifying and building on existing strengths and resilience and partnering with you in learning new skills to support healing and growth.
I have extensive training in trauma informed practice and in infant/family studies. I hold Endorsement® as an Infant Family Specialist and can guide and support parents and families of young children in building safe and secure foundational relationships for life.
Education/Qualification(s)
