Introduction

My therapeutic style is relational and collaborative. I believe honesty, authenticity, and deep understanding are the keys to creating an enriching and soul-filled life. In a world that encourages us to compare, conform, and compromise, I believe there is a better way based on awareness, acceptance, uniqueness, and truth.

My clients are those individuals who desire to rediscover their personal truth and return home to the most honest version of themselves so that they can live nourishing and fulfilling lives. Those drawn to my practice tend to feel stuck in some way, yearning for or experiencing life transitions or changes. They are ready and willing to rediscover the truth of who they are with kindness and compassion towards themselves.

Together, we will rediscover the truth of who you are through an eclectic blend of therapeutic practices (and Human Design as desired), learn the difference between your not-self and your true self so that you can live your most honest and authentic life, let go of what does not nourish, fulfill, or belong to you to make room for what truly does, and cultivate a practice of self-awareness and authentic embodiment so that your life is filled with people who really see, hear, honor, and appreciate you, and experiences that excite and align with who you are and where you’re going.
