Introduction:

We all experience major life events and sometimes the emotions associated with those events are a lot.  Sometimes our major life events trigger unresolved feelings from past events.  We can find ourselves engaging in thoughts and behaviors we thought we had long put to rest.  I am here to help you process those life events and the resulting feelings.
