Introduction:
Seeking support is a meaningful step, especially when life feels heavy or uncertain. I offer a calm, compassionate space where you don’t have to have it all figured out and where you can feel seen, heard, and supported as we explore what’s bringing you here.
I have specialize training in perinatal and infant mental health, early childhood development, and trauma. I’m certified in Level 1 of the Neurosequential Model of Therapeutics (NMT), and trained in EMDR, CBT, and trauma-informed care. My approach is grounded in developmental science, attachment theory, and a deep respect for the healing power of safe, reflective relationships.
I work with parents, infants, and young children during pregnancy and the early years, helping families strengthen connection, support regulation, and navigate the emotional challenges of caregiving. I also support teens and young adults facing anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the effects of stress or trauma. Whether working with a new parent or a young person trying to find balance, I aim to create a compassionate, attuned space where growth and healing can unfold.
