Introduction:

Hi! My name is Aniett and I strive to provide individuals of diverse backgrounds with a therapy experience that is authentic, relaxing, fun, and a place of connection. My hope is for my client to recognize their strengths, be an active participant in their journey towards healing, and feel hopeful for their future. My work draws from experiences of working with individuals who have struggled with addictions, substance use, and trauma which have created internal and external conflicts.

I desire to demonstrate to individuals that there is meaning to their stories, even the painful ones. My hope and desire in our work together is that you are able to feel encouraged, supported, and safe enough to share your story to help you overcome those challenges and help you begin to feel better!

I am also able to provide a Christian based approach to therapy for those who desire to integrate their faith into treatment.
