Introduction:

Grief. Loss. Pain. Are you someone who has experienced a great loss in your life, or are you searching for the support to understand a significant transition around you? Grief doesn’t come in one shape or size, one meaning, one solution or one fix. Grief may be the loss of who you once were, an identity of your youth that feels more like a fond memory. Grief may be the body that now carries chronic pain and a lifetime of illnesses. Grief may be of the expectations we had for our lives, that haven’t come to fruition. It is my belief as a practitioner in this fast moving, and in an on-demand world, that grief is not a “fixable problem” with one right answer. Understanding, acknowledging, and tending to pain can be one way we shift from “fixable” to “livable” once again. Surviving. It all starts with you finding a place to tell your truth. Your reality. I am here as your tele-health practitioner to connect you to a safe, and supportive space. To share your story, is to start your path to healing. I am here to help you walk through the challenges of life, as you are experiencing them.

I operate with the knowledge that each and every individual’s experience is unique to them, no cookie cutter solution, no one size fits all. I use my extensive training, understanding, experiences, and compassion to support my clients in navigating life in times of distress. I provide a safe, open, and supportive environment where expression and personal exploration is welcomed and encouraged.
